Small oblong folio: title with lithographed vignette, 44 lithographed out-of-text plates on tinted background, paper quite white. Added 4 color plates from Pingret (Pâtres du village de Gripp, vallée de Campan - Jasque Estertet guide aux Eaux-Bonnes; Marchande de beurre aux Eaux-Bonnes - Chasseur d'isard sur la Maladetta - Une famille de Barèges). Contemporary ½ red chagrin, gilt title and irons between boxes on ribbed spine, gilt title on red percaline upper board. A good copy. Album of variable composition, with up to 44 lithographs (like this one) after Marguerite GASTON. Rarely seen at public sale, especially so complete.
