>CONDITIONS OF THE SALE
1) The lots in this catalogue come from donations from chateau owners and wine merchants in the Bordeaux area and will be presented for sale on Thursday 5 November 2020 from 6pm.
2) Exceptionally, the selling costs will be 3% (all taxes included) in addition to the auction and will only be used to cover advertising and communication costs.<4) The sale will also take place live: to participate in the sale live on the internet, please register on www.interencheres.com (see conditions of use on the site). 5) The delivery of the lots will take place at the end of the auction and on Friday, November 6th, then by appointment : Tel. 05 56 31 32 33.
6) Due to the sanitary situation, the number of seats in the hall is limited. Please reserve your seat by calling 05 56 31 32 33. As soon as you enter, disinfect your hands with the gel provided. Wearing a mask is obligatory and the rules of distance must be respected.

CONDITIONS DE LA VENTE

1) Les lots de ce catalogue proviennent des dons des propriétaires de châteaux et négociants de la place de Bordeaux et seront présentés à la vente le jeudi 5 Novembre 2020 à partir de 18h00.
2) Exceptionnellement les frais de vente seront de 3% TTC en sus des enchères et serviront uniquement à couvrir les frais de publicité et communication.
3) Les droits de régie pour les vins ont été acquis.
4) La vente se fera également en “live”: pour participer à la vente en direct sur internet,
merci de vous inscrire sur www.interencheres.com (voir conditions d’utilisation sur le site)
5) La livraison des lots aura lieu à l’issue de la vacation et le vendredi 6 novembre, puis sur rendez-vous : Tél. 05 56 31 32 33.
6) Compte tenu de la situation sanitaire, le nombre de sièges en salle est limité. Nous vous prions de réserver votre place au 05 56 31 32 33. Dès l’entrée, se désinfecter les mains avec le gel mis à disposition. Le port du masque est obligatoire et les règles de distanciation sont à respecter.
