A total of 28 plates including numerous folding plates (including 6 maps). Flamed fawn calf of the period, smooth ornate backs, title and red tomison pieces, 3 worn headdresses, cold filleting on the dishes, gilt filleting on cuts, rubbing and small lacks. Very complete work on the fisheries of the far north, which deals mainly with whale fishing (technique of cutting up the whale and how to extract oil from it), narwhal, porpoise, seal, walrus, herring...
