The map is a reproduction of a map by J. B. NOLIN of 1720: "Galliæ Christianæ, Aquitanica Secunda, Provincia Burdigalensis".
Entirely uncropped. The top cover of volume I is mouldy, the bottom cover is missing, corners corroded at the beginning of the volume. Top cover of volume II is in poor condition, bottom cover missing. The last pages are affected by heavy mould. No interior foxing.
Contains 2 engravings not included in the book: "Cathédrale et tour St André à Bordeaux", taken from the Guienne Monumentale; and "Abside de St André", taken from the Revue catholique de Bordeaux
