Émile GALLÉ (1846-1904) Flight of butterflies among asteraceae. Roller vase with a triple pinch neck. Proof in yellow tinted multi-layer glass richly shaded with red towards the base and with a gold leaf pattern broken in inclusion. The base and the upper part are decorated with acid-etched friezes. The title decoration is made of polychrome enamels on the body of the vase and in the engraved friezes. Circa 1900. Signed Cristallerie de GALLÉ Nancy with the double line and the dahlia, marked Model and decoration deposited and carries the number 6 under the base. H.: 30 cm.
