England and Scotland SCOTT (Walter) The border Antiquities of England and Scotland; comprising specimens of architecture and sculpture. London, Longman, Hurst, Rees, Orme and Brown, 1814. 2 volumes in-4, 90 plates out of text in black (45 + 45), a frontispiece and an engraved title. Some foxing in places, notably on the plates. Green long-grain chagrin, spine decorated with gilt and cold guirlandes alternating framing the boards, gilt iron of manor in the centers of the boards, inner scroll, gilt edges.
