Contemporary turned leather, framed by double cold fillet, red edges. Latin edition of the Praise of Folly, a satirical speech written in one week by Erasmus during a stay at his friend Thomas Moore's house. The work is dedicated to the latter, the title is a play on words that can be interpreted as an "In praise of More".
