½ violet percaline (lightly lightened in places) à la Bradel, brown title-piece on spine, publisher's beige opening retained, gilt arms at head on upper board percaline.
Rare first edition. The second is also uncommon. The original is from Montauban (Forestié, 1882). In HOUDETOT, a chapter is devoted to the Pyrenean isard.
