POLYCHROME PORCELAIN BEADED MANDARIN NECKLACE China, mid-Qing dynasty (1644-1911) Composed of ninety-six yellow pearls, separated by two large turquoise pearls, and embellished with two rows of violet pearls, each pearl openwork in the shape of a brocade ball. Total length: 120 cm. (Small chips). A similar necklace is in the Musée Guimet, Grandidier collection, inventory no. G5128.
